These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Atlas Radius Maps LLC website and services. By using our website, requesting a quote, submitting project information, or ordering services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Atlas Radius Maps
Atlas Radius Maps LLC provides radius maps, owner/occupant lists, mailing labels, notification documents, mailing services, certification/notary support, wireless-related submittal support, and related services for California projects.
2. Services
Our services may include, but are not limited to:
- Radius maps
- Owner and occupant lists
- Mailing labels
- ABC notification support
- AQMD notification support
- Certification and notary forms
- Wireless and telecom radius maps
- Mailing services for notices and project-related mailings
- Related document preparation and project support
The exact services provided depend on the project, location, agency requirements, client instructions, available records, and agreed scope of work.
3. Quotes and Orders
Submitting a form, email, or request through the website does not create a binding order or guarantee pricing.
We review the information provided and may issue a quote based on project scope, required documents, deadlines, location, agency requirements, and available information.
A project begins only after the quote, scope, payment terms, and any required project details are confirmed.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including where applicable:
- Property address
- APN or parcel number
- City, county, or agency requirements
- Required radius distance
- Deadlines
- Notices, forms, instructions, or permit requirements
- Any documents needed to prepare the requested work
Atlas Radius Maps is not responsible for delays, errors, revisions, rejected submittals, or additional costs caused by incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or missing information provided by the client or third parties.
5. Agency and City Requirements
City, county, agency, ABC, AQMD, wireless, planning, and permit requirements may vary by location and project.
Atlas Radius Maps prepares documents based on available information, client instructions, and provided requirements. We do not guarantee that any city, county, agency, or other authority will approve, accept, process, or act on a submission.
Clients are responsible for confirming the current requirements of the applicable city, county, agency, or authority unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Turnaround Times
Any turnaround time provided is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Turnaround may depend on project complexity, client responsiveness, availability of property records, required documents, agency instructions, mailing requirements, payment status, and workload.
7. Payment
Payment terms will be provided with the quote or invoice.
Work may be delayed or paused until required payment has been received. Atlas Radius Maps reserves the right to require payment before beginning or delivering work.
8. Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be provided when needed to correct errors or address project requirements within the agreed scope.
Additional fees may apply if revisions are requested because of:
- New or changed agency requirements
- Incorrect or incomplete client-provided information
- Changes to the project scope
- Additional parcels, addresses, radius distances, notices, lists, labels, mailings, or forms
- Requests made after delivery
9. Mailing Services
If mailing services are requested, the client is responsible for providing accurate instructions, required notices, mailing requirements, deadlines, and any other information needed to complete the mailing.
Atlas Radius Maps may assist with preparing and sending mailings as agreed, but we are not responsible for postal service delays, incorrect addresses from third-party data sources, agency processing delays, or delivery issues outside our control.
10. Third-Party Data and Records
Some services may rely on public records, parcel data, property records, ownership data, occupant information, maps, databases, or other third-party sources.
Atlas Radius Maps works to prepare accurate documents using available sources, but we cannot guarantee that all third-party records are complete, current, or error-free.
11. No Legal, Engineering, Surveying, or Government Advice
Atlas Radius Maps provides document preparation, mapping, notification, mailing, and related support services.
We do not provide legal advice, engineering advice, land surveying services, government approval services, or professional services requiring a separate license unless expressly stated in writing.
Clients should consult the appropriate professional or agency when legal, engineering, surveying, zoning, permitting, or regulatory advice is needed.
12. Website Use
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, to interfere with website operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to submit harmful, misleading, or false information.
We may update, change, suspend, or remove website content at any time.
13. Intellectual Property
The website content, design, text, graphics, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Atlas Radius Maps LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
Project documents prepared for a client may be used by that client for the specific project for which they were prepared, subject to payment and agreed terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Radius Maps LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, project delays, agency rejection, or other losses arising from website use, services, third-party records, mailing delays, or project outcomes.
Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
15. No Warranty
Our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and professional services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, error-free third-party data, agency approval, postal delivery timing, or any specific project outcome.
16. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund availability may depend on project status, work already completed, third-party costs, mailing costs, and the agreed scope.
Once work has begun, fees may be non-refundable in whole or in part. Mailing, postage, notary, certification, data, or third-party costs may be non-refundable.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
